Day – 8: Thoroughly rested, rejuvenated and feeling at peace with the world get ready to depart after breakfast. Day 3: medical tourism, After your yoga, a visiting guruji will guide you through the basic meditation techniques. Post breakfast and yoga, attend classes which teach basic sanskirt. Day 5: medical tourism, The morning is set.
